Harry is a civil and agricultural engineer, with experience in areas of environmental engineering, ground water hydrogeology, hydraulics, soil physics, and mapping. In addition, Harry has extensive experience in subsurface straigraphic analysis of soils, hydrogeologic investigations, groundwater dewatering design, aquifer testing, pumping test design, relief well design and installation. Since joining the Griffin team, Harry has conducted continuous monitoring field service for aquifer characterization. Harry is active with the Soil Water Conservation Society, the American Society of Agricultural Engineering and the American Water Resources Association. Harry is a Graduate of Penn State with a PHD in Agricultural Engineering.

Tom entered the business of groundwater control and industrial effluent handling after finishing military service in 1975. A graduate of the University of Florida, he has designed and manufactured dewatering equipment. His ground water control expertise includes horizontal wells installed by horizontal directional drilling, slurry cutoff walls, eductor systems, geotextile wick drain systems, vacuumized deep wells, vacuum wellpoint systems, dewatering system winterizing methods and conventional deep wells, multi-stage efffluent bypass systems for the petro-chemical, and construction industries.

He started with Clark Dewatering and became a part of the Griffin team when Clark Dewatering became a part of Griffin in the mid 1970s. Larry has done projects on the east coast from Maine to Georgia with many projects in the D.C. metro area.

In 2005 Mr. Rivera was hired as a procurement manager and permit facilitator. Having worked as a Commercial Diver and Dock Builder for many years, Mr. Rivera brought along a vast background in heavy construction, productive leadership, and project management skills. With his proactive approach, and no nonsense attitude he quickly excelled as an estimator and project manager. In 2008, Mr. Rivera was assigned as the team leader for the Region. He currently operates as the Regional Project Manager for the company’s New Jersey location where his current duties are to oversee all administrative, operational , and sales aspects for the NY-Metro area as well as New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Michael is responsible for research, design, development, and management of dewatering and environmental control projects. Main point of contact with clients regarding site interpretation of hydrologic and geotechnical conditions, including recommendations of construction practices and implementation for various projects. Also responsible for estimating, bid preparation, proposal writing, technical assistance, and presentations when necessary. Background in Project Cost Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Project Performa, and Permitting. Studies include Water and Wastewater Treatment Design, Air Pollution Control, Concrete, Structural and Steel Design, Hydrology, Soil Mechanics, Architectural Design, and Engineering Contracts and Specification. Michael holds a B.S.C.E. with emphasis in Environmental Engineering,
He is also a licensed driller in several states.

Dave began with Griffin Dewatering North Central In April of 1998, after graduating from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors’ of Science in Environmental Studies. Initially he was hired as a salesman for Griffin Pumps and services and traveled throughout his 13 state territory. In doing so, Dave quickly became knowledgeable in the dewatering field. Today Dave oversees all aspects of the dewatering operation, which includes selling the pumps and services, estimating the projects, writing proposals, negotiating the contracts, and managing the awarded projects. In addition, Dave also coordinates the North Central branch office operation, administration, and sales with the corporate office.
